"Sylvia and I collaborated and developed a
contract. I wanted each of the 60 - 90 minute audio taped
interviews that I recorded transcribed into printed
documents. The documents were the data collected for the
completion of a dissertation. Sylvia fulfilled the terms of
the contract in a timely and professional manner. For
example, she received, transcribed, and returned a printed
copy of each of the audio tapes, along with the original
audio tape within seven (7) days according to the set
guidelines established. The audio tapes were transcribed
accurately, word for word. In addition, she has served as a
technical resource.
Sylvia and I
