Turn Your Recorded
Audios Into Professionally Transcribed Manuscripts
How This Works - The Transcription Process
For transcription of your recorded
audios:
1. Call for a FREE 30 minute consultation to identify your
project needs.
2. For digital recordings – you may email your MP3 files.
Emailing your sound files eliminates the expense and time
involved using snail mail – providing a quicker turn around
time.
3. Or if you prefer, you may send your CD’s via an overnight
carrier, such as Fed-X, DHL, etc.
4. Analog recordings – send your standard cassette tapes via
overnight mail. I only accept standard cassette tapes
because the clarity is so much better than the micro
cassette tapes.
5. Handwritten or rough type drafts are also accepted for
transcribing.
6. All transcripts will be returned electronically by email.

Wow! Sylvia accomplished a phenomenal
achievement transcribing our interview, what with all our
‘um’s, and er’s, hesitations, repetitions, etc.
And I don’t know how she deciphered a lot of my
commentary, as the phone line out here in the edge of
civilization in British Columbia was so weak, some of my
speech was bordering on inaudible. Without 21st
Century sound engineers it likely would not have recorded
even that.
Please extend my sincere amazement and thanks to
Sylvia for her excellent transcription. --

"We contracted the services of Sylvia
Mallonee, to transcribe interviews conducted for a research
project with Harvard University on the Civil Rights Project.
The quality of the transcriptions was superb as was the
friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend
Sylvia to others requiring transcription services."
