Services

• Digital transcription –
send us your MP3 files. Emailing sound files eliminates the expense and the time involved using snail mail, providing a quicker turn around time.

• Analog transcription –
send us your standard cassette tapes or CD’s, if you record digitally.

• Using Fed-X or UPS
to send your valuable recordings is preferred. If sent via U.S. Postal service, it would be a good idea to be sure you have back up copies of your information.

• Handwritten or rough typed drafts are also accepted for transcribing.

• All transcripts will be returned electronically.

• A printed copy
of your transcript can be sent to you for an additional 10 cents a page plus shipping.

• Professional transcription of book manuscripts

 

Providing:

• Verbatim Transcription:
Word for word transcripts including the uhs, ums, false starts etc. Universities often require these types of interviews for qualitative analysis.

• Semi-Verbatim Transcription:
Word for word transcript that eliminates the sentence fillers and false starts.

• Manuscript Format:
A version of the audio transcript, which includes grammatical changes that are not important to a listener, but help your reader to understand the written version of your material with greater ease.
